doesn't change the situation. The only reason why master branch supports retail builds is pretty much because of a singular person. If he's gone, expect things to either go very slowly or come to a standstill

Hello, please any idea why my compilation of cata_classic branch is failing?
Sorry my compiler is in czech language, simply its telling about some issues with boost dynamic bitset (Not possible to get access tp: private memeber with declaration in class) and that Input file ..\game\RelWithDebInfo\game.lib cannot be opened.

is there some specific version of boost which I need for cata_classic? Iam using v 1.91.0 which works for 3.3.5 branch compilation

Cata_classic misses a lot of cherry-picks so it might dont work with 1.91

Because there isn't a real reason to use classic above the legacy clients. Wrath doesn't need 64bit and the classic clients have the same downsides, in addition to requiring cdn connections and never resolved bugs originating from retail and sloppy backports

I like that they're making some specializations and classes playable and competitive, but when they do it carefully and subtly. Like with warriors. I don't approve of their penchant for pretentiousness (like the full-screen BladeStorm animation, or the Hunter pet that's larger than the boss model).
Rogues' Stealth tree, Hunters' Survival tree, and Frost Mage also saw minor changes, but they went overboard with Frost Mage, and the Rogue's rotation became too complex, perfect only against boss dummies.
And recently, they added a spell to the Shadow Priest, "Abbysal something", that looks very strange and, in color, seems more Arcane than Shadow.
Death Knights' Blood tree was improved in both damage and survivability, and their Frost tree also saw minor defensive ups, but nothing new was added, which is good.
I'll try to catch some priest and show him.
